What happens on site, step by step, before a space is published as verified.
A technician visits the space in person at an agreed time. We never verify a space remotely or from submitted photos alone.
The technician scans every accessible room using LiDAR sensors and 360° photography, capturing precise geometry and visual detail simultaneously.
Walls, flooring, and fixtures are photographed and noted at time of visit. Any visible defect or irregularity is logged as a notable observation.
Raw scan data is processed into verified room dimensions, accurate to within 1%, along with the full Dollhouse View and walkthrough model.
Before publishing, the capture is reviewed against our verification standard to confirm completeness and accuracy.
The verified space page goes live on igabantuspaces.com, carrying a timestamp of the technician's site visit and the verified badge.
