iGabantu Spaces holds no financial stake in any transaction involving a verified space. We do not sell, broker, or earn commission on sales or rentals. Our technicians visit a space, capture it, and publish the record — independent of the seller, agent, or developer's interests.
Every verified space is captured using LiDAR-based 3D scanning technology, producing measurements accurate to within 1% of true dimensions. There is no wide-angle lens deception and no selective framing — the scan captures the entire space as it physically exists.
Each scan carries a verified timestamp recording exactly when our technicians were physically present on site. This record cannot be edited after publication, giving buyers and partners a permanent reference point independent of any later changes to the space or its marketing.
A verified scan is a dimensional and visual record — it is not a structural engineering survey, a legal title verification, or a formal valuation. Buyers and tenants should always complete their own legal due diligence and, where appropriate, commission a professional inspection before any binding agreement.
