1. What iGabantu Spaces Is — and Is Not

iGabantu Spaces is an independent space verification service. We visit physical spaces, capture 3D scans and dimensional records, and publish them on this Site.

  • We are not a real estate agency, broker, or property management company.
  • We do not sell, lease, or arrange viewings of any space listed on this Site.
  • We hold no financial stake in any transaction involving a verified space, and earn no commission on sales or rentals.
  • We do not guarantee the availability, price, or legal status of any space displayed.

2. Nature of Verified Records

Every verified space page reflects a dimensional and visual record captured by our technicians at the time stated on the page. This record:

  • Is not a structural engineering survey or assessment of a building's structural integrity.
  • Is not a legal title verification, valuation, or substitute for independent legal due diligence.
  • May not reflect changes made to a space after the recorded scan date.
  • Carries dimensional accuracy derived from LiDAR scanning technology, intended as a close approximation rather than a certified survey measurement.

You should always complete your own legal due diligence and, where appropriate, commission a qualified professional inspection before entering into any binding agreement related to a space featured on this Site.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to copy, scrape, or redistribute verified space content, photographs, or scan data without our prior written permission.

Information you submit through the Contact, Get Verified, or viewing request forms is used as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring any information you submit is accurate.
